Welcome to NexusSend. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our programmatic routing API, SDKs (including Node.js, Python, and C++ environments), and headless browser automation infrastructure. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the sensitive credentials and data routed through our systems.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our high-volume routing and automation services, we require specific OAuth tokens and identifiers. When you authenticate via our Google OAuth integration, we collect:
- Your email address and basic profile information.
- OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens required to interact with requested APIs (e.g., Gmail API).
- System telemetry, routing logs, and proxy configuration metadata.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
NexusSend's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We explicitly guarantee that your OAuth tokens and mailbox data are utilized strictly for the execution of the automation queues you configure. We do not sell, rent, or repurpose Google user data for advertising or any external data-brokering.
4. Data Storage and Security
All sensitive credentials, including OAuth tokens, are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure relies on ephemeral processing; email contents are processed in memory during routing and are not permanently retained on NexusSend servers once delivery is confirmed by the target API.
5. Third-Party Services
We may share operational data with trusted third-party proxy networks or datacenter providers solely to facilitate the core routing functionality of NexusSend. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and cannot access decrypted payload data.
