Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, authorizing OAuth connections, or deploying our API/SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the NexusSend infrastructure.

2. Service Description

NexusSend provides advanced API orchestration, proxy routing, and automation queues designed to facilitate high-volume communication flows. We provide the infrastructure; you are solely responsible for the payloads you transmit.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use NexusSend for unlawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure to distribute malicious software, conduct phishing operations, or violate the terms of service of the underlying APIs (e.g., Google, Microsoft) that you connect to our engine.

4. API Limits and Fair Use

While NexusSend is engineered to optimize throughput, usage is subject to the tier limits defined in your billing plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that generate anomalous traffic spikes detrimental to our shared server stability.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, architecture, and design of the NexusSend platform are the exclusive property of NexusSend Technologies Inc. Our client libraries are distributed under an open-source license where specified, but the core engine remains proprietary.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the API, account suspension, or any third-party API rate-limiting.
