If you use NexusSend on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Google services
NexusSend integrates with Google APIs under limited scopes and according to Google API policies.
You are responsible for complying with Google's terms and your own obligations when sending content through Gmail.
Service availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may impact operation.
Fees and billing
Where paid plans apply, pricing and plan limits are provided in-product or on pricing pages. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Material violations of these terms.
- Security abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Legal compliance obligations.
You may stop using NexusSend at any time and may request account deletion.
Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusSend is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
